Can a director be appointed from back date, any provision in the companies act that allows appointment of director from back date, if present director gets disqualified.

Section 152 Appointment of directors.

We have filed Active Form - INC-22 A for verification of registered office of the Company. Whether this form is required to be filed this year also or not. If yes, what is the last date for filing.

Section 12 Registered office of company

Unlisted public Companies are required to submit Reconciliation of Capital Audit Report in Form PAS-6 with ROC. Form PAS-6 is not available on www.mca.gov.in. Pease advise for the procedure.

k.k. decor one of my Debtor has not paid money which is due from him so we have decided to file application to DRT under IBC code 2016. we have sent him demand notice 10 days before what is next steps??? how to intimate to DRT online or manual ???? what will be the cost of filing Application??? please provide your reply.
