SEC 167 (1) (b) How will be the period of twelve months calculated? Whether director will vacate the office;- A. If BM attended by Director in say April 24, 2014 and then on October 28,2015. B. If BM attended by Director in say April 24, 2014 and then on January 20,2016. In both the case next BM was held on January 29,2015 after April 24, 2014.
