A Private Limited Company appointed an Additional Director. On same date he was also appointed as Managing Director. on 30.09.2016 at AGM, Additional Director was confirmed and appointed as Director. The MCA Site Displayed 2 DIR12 for Additional Director and MD. Consequent to change in Designation from Additional Director to Director, the DIR-12 filed for MD has vanished.? Do the Company required to file new DIR-12 for MD Appointment? If so appointment from which date? If it is 31.03.2016, it attracts additional fees? Why Pay such amount? Please clarify
