Version of following Forms are modified w.e.f 09 Dec 2015:-

i) GNL-4 (Form for filing addendum for rectification of defects or incompleteness);

ii) CRA-2 (Form of intimation of appointment of cost auditor by the company to Central Government); 

iii) INC-28 (Notice of Order of the Court or any other competent authority);

iv) INC-2 (One Person Company- Application for Incorporation);

v) ADJ (Memorandum of Appeal);

vi) FC-1(Information to be filed by foreign company);

vii) AOC-CFS (Form for filing consolidated financial statements and other documents with the Registrar) and

viii) FC-4 (Annual Return of a Foreign company)
