MCA had issued two impotrant notices relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.

MCA has issued draft rules regarding the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India(Salary, allowances and others Terms and conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2016

MCA also issued an advertisement relating to the Invitation of applications for the post of Chairperson and three Whole Time Members in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India is a statutory body going to be established under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
