Dear Sir/Mam, This is a query regarding to voluntary winding up company of OBS sales private limited held it's final meeting of it's members on 22 June 2017. after that liquidator needed to submit it's report to official liquidator. According to the notification issued dated 7 December 2016 and notification issued dated 29 June 2017 our case of voluntary winding up shall be carried out in accordance with companies Act,1956. But at the office of OL New Delhi our application was not accepted without given any reason
