Rule 24 (7) of the LLP Rules provides that the statement of Accounts and Solvency (to be attached in Form 8 of LLP),should be signed by the designated partners. Query: If LLP is having more than 2 Designated Partner, then whether all Designated Partners should sign the statement or any 2 Designated Partners sign is sufficient?
