When a Partnership firm is registered as a Company u/s. 366, whether -- (i) Stamp Duty is payable on transfer of the property from p'ship firm to the Company? (ii) PAN and GST nos., of Partnership will continue with the Company? and (iii) Whether Bank Security Documnents will continue or have to be executed again?
