The company has 4cr paid up capital now company wants to increase to till 16 cr. the 199 shareholders hold 4cr shares in the company. so how can company issue shares more than 200 shareholders or can co. issue share more than 200 is there any restriction to public unlisted co. or what kind of securities should issue. please provide solutions.
